Corey Jacobs is a visionary strategist, builder of people, and architect of transformation. Once condemned to 16 life sentences, Corey was granted clemency by President Obama and emerged not broken, but sharpened. He turned years of isolation into a training ground for leadership, discipline and legacy thinking. Today, he’s the founder of Winnergy, a platform that empowers individuals and organizations to unlock performance through mindset, energy, and resilience.

Through Winnergy’s 16 Principles, Corey bridges the gap between personal evolution and professional execution. He consults with executive teams, business owners, entrepreneurs, and change-makers, designing strategies that elevate culture, optimize wellness, and accelerate sustainable growth. Whether he's advising a startup, collaborating with health brands like Liquivida, or delivering high-impact keynotes, Corey operates with one mission: help people move with purpose, perform under pressure and lead from within.

Winnergy isn’t just a philosophy- it’s a system, a blueprint and a movement rooted in lived experience. Corey’s work has been featured in national campaigns for clemency reform, corporate wellness design and personal development. He speaks the language of strategy, but he also speaks the language of struggle- and that’s what makes his impact cut deeper.

I discovered the power of purpose in the most unlikely of classrooms—behind steel bars, with every sunrise a battle just to believe in tomorrow. At age 30, I was sentenced to 16 life terms for nonviolent offenses, stripped of freedom and cast into the depths of despair. Yet, within those walls, I found an unbreakable spark. I began mapping the mental shifts, daily rituals, and unwavering discipline that allowed me to survive—and ultimately thrive—against all odds.

In December 2016, President Obama’s clemency reignited my life. But freedom was only the beginning. I dedicated myself to decoding the transformation I’d undergone and packaging it into a universal blueprint: the 16 Principles of Winnergy

From intimate mastermind circles to large‑scale workshops, I’ve guided over 25,000 people—CEOs, creatives, and everyday fighters—to reframe setbacks as springboards, rebuild self‑trust, and ignite relentless momentum.

My journey didn’t stop there. At Liquivida®, I’m reengineering wellness so it doesn’t just pamper—it empowers. Every membership tier, every reminder email, every follow‑up call is designed to make self‑care feel like coming home to yourself. And through the Buried Alive Program, I fight in the courts and the communities for those still behind bars, ensuring that clemency is more than a pardon—it’s a pathway to purpose.

I know what it’s like to stand on the edge of your own story, wondering if you have what it takes to step forward. I’ve been there. If you’re ready to turn your darkest chapter into the launchpad for everything you’re meant to become, let’s walk that path together.
